ORDER SHIPPED IN A TIMELY FASHION, ALL ITEMS INCLUDED IN ONE SMALL ENVELOPE, HOWEVER FREIGHT CHARGES APPLIED TWICE WHICH SEEMED INAPPROPRIATE. WE DID NOT READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE SHIPPING CHARGES.

BRAUN RAZOR REPAIR PARTS WEIGH A FRACTION OF AN OUNCE EACH, WERE SHIPPED IN THE SAME SMALL ENVELOPE USPS SHOWING THE CHARGE, HOWEVER WE WERE BILLED FOR TWO [2] SHIPPING CHARGES. MUST BE STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY,HOWEVER WITH SUCH SMALL LOW WEIGHT ITEMS IT SEEMS WRONG TO PAY TWICE FOR SHIPPING EVERYTHING IN THE SAME ENVELOPE FOR ONE SMALL CHARGE.

PARTS WERE CORRECT AND AS ADVERTISED AND OTHER THAN OUR MISSUNDERSTANDING OF THE SHIPPING CHARGES WE WERE PERFECTLY SATISFIIED WITH THE SUPPLIER AND WOULD PURCHASE AGAIN FROM THEM.

Yeah, the product works. The new foil and cutter actually feels like it trimmed my facial hairs and made my face smoother then the 2 yr old dull one it replaces. Thanks Braun for making these replacement items and selling them together. That may save me money, which surprises me. You have the chance to sell them separate and charge more money. This is at least the fourth shaver screen I have purchased for my Braun electric shaver. The screen serves the shaver well for facial hair (beard) removal. There is no “pulling” when using the product. I find the price for the product slightly below those in department stores for this product. Eventually though, the screen will deterriate and the shaving head will begin to bite your skin. I can tell little difference in a new shaving head when I replace it even though I suspect all heads will eventually need replacing.
